Birmingham Women in Technology (BWIT) mission: To increase, retain, and ensure representation of Women+ in tech and tech leadership roles in our community. To support community and state initiatives to increase the number of Women+ in technology, support diversity and inclusion goals, and attract companies to invest in our community.
