Technique Works was built to solve a different problem.
We are a specialist HSEQ consultancy founded by a practitioner who built safety systems from the ground up in 47 facilities across four continents. Not audited them. Built them.
Our engagement model: 3 days embedded on-site, 2 days remote. No recommendations handed over in a slide deck. Systems implemented in the operation, owned by the people who run it.
Outcomes we deliver consistently:
— 40–60% reduction in recordable incidents (9–12 months)
— ISO 9001/14001/45001 certification in 90–120 days, fully implemented
