Texas Law Enforcement Peer Network

The Texas Law Enforcement Peer Network (TLEPN) is a state-backed, peer-led network that connects Texas Law Enforcement-including officer, jailer, a 911 dispatchers-with confidential support from trained peers who understand the job and its pressures. By helping frontline personnel manage stress, trauma, and burnout before crisis hit, TLEPN strengthens the health of individuals, the stability of agencies, and the safety of communities across Texas.
