About Africa Green Hydrogen Alliance (AGHA)

Africa Green Hydrogen Alliance (AGHA) is a government-led platform that aims to make the African continent a frontrunner in the race to develop large-scale renewables and green hydrogen, accelerating access to clean, affordable energy supplies for all. Alliance members; Angola, Djibouti, Egypt, Ethiopia, Kenya, Mauritania, Morocco, Namibia, Nigeria and South Africa foster collaboration on creating a sustainable enabling environment to supercharge large-scale renewable projects and green hydrogen development. The Alliance is currently chaired by South Africa.
