Welcome to The Be Center! We are a parent-focused center specializing in empowering parents navigating the complexities of their child, teen your young adult’s mental health journey. We believe parents need support in know WHAT and HOW to cope with, understand and respond to family challeges that arise when a love one is struggling. Utilizing our innovative approach rooted in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), we offer a comprehensive array of services including parent coaching and individual sessions, couples therapy, parent skill groups and enriching workshops. Our team of clinicians is deeply committed and rigorously trained in DBT, bringing extensive expertise from outpatient, residential, and inpatient settings.
