About The Bernard Firm P.L.C.
The Bernard Firm P.L.C. was founded in 2008 in Iowa Falls, Iowa, by Aaron D. Bernard to focus on labor immigration and family immigration. The Bernard Firm now has multiple attorneys and approximately 20 staff that provide personalized, efficient, and cost-effective legal representation.
The Bernard Firm has grown and achieved success by getting positive results for our clients while maintaining a high level of accessibility to our attorneys. Thus, the Firm has grown almost entirely based on word-of-mouth referrals (see our Client Testimonials page) to encompass a nationwide business immigration and family immigration practice.
The Bernard Firm handles thousands of H-2A, FLC, H-2B, TN’s (USMCA/NAFTA work permits), L’s (intracompany transferees), and E-visa cases. We also handle employment based green cards (EB-3), and other labor and family immigration related visa types.
The Bernard Firm’s main legal office is in Ames, Iowa, with satellite offices focused on recruiting workers and consular processing in Tres Rios, Costa Rica; Mexico City, Mexico; and Monterrey, Mexico.
