At The Collins Education Consultancy we recognise that all schools have unique needs and are in different places on their journey to greatness - that is why we offer a bespoke service to all schools. From regular visits to one-off support - we can create a package that meets your needs and budget. We have an extensive range of CPD available that can be offered in-house, some of the topics we cover are: designing and implementing a knowledge rich curriculum, understanding the new Ofsted framework, understanding performance data, positive behaviour management training.

We offer strategic leadership support including with the writing of SEF, SDP and action plans, purposeful performance management and tackling underperformance. We also provide ongoing middle and aspiring senior leadership training programmes that span 18 months. In addition senior leaders can take advantage of our independent, unbiased coaching that works with senior leaders in a safe environment to become inspirational leaders.

The Collins Education Consultancy can also help with curriculum development and the quality of education through supporting the design of a broad and balanced curriculum, quality assurance of teaching and learning, including deep dives and creating a whole school timetable that is cost effective and meets students' needs.

Sometimes it is difficult to know where to start and so The Collins Education Consultancy can audit a specific aspect of the school including SEND, Safeguarding, Pupil Premium, Alternative Provision, Curriculum and Subject Reviews. Schools receive a detailed report following the audit with guidance for next steps, at this point they can choose if they wish to access further support from The Collins Education Consultancy.
