About The Greater Iowa City Area Home Builders Association

The Greater Iowa City Area Home Builders Association has more than 370 members representing the strength of the local building industry. Our association represents builders, remodelers, developers, suppliers, designers, engineers, real estate brokers, accountants, and other industry professionals.

As a member of The Greater Iowa City Area Home Builders Association you receive full benefits from the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) and the Home Builders Association of Iowa (HBAI).

The strength of these three associations enables you to access a wide range of products and services throughout the country.

HBA will serve as a partner to represent you at all levels of government, working closely with the state and national organizations to protect your business interests. HBA has built and will continue to build a partnership with these entities.

The Greater Iowa City Area Home Builders Association will continue to give recognition to the building industry and its members. It takes great pride in the fact that Iowa City and Coralville and North Liberty are among the fastest-growing metropolitan areas in the upper Midwest.
