The Opening Doors Foundation connects high-potential young women in Kenya from underserved communities with the mentorship, skills, and opportunities they need to build meaningful careers.

We are a women-founded, women-led nonprofit dedicated to empowering these young women to not just dream big, but achieve big.

Our programs include one-on-one mentorship with industry leaders, career development workshops that build real-world skills, and access to the resources and networks needed to launch careers, start businesses, and step into leadership.
