About The Outreach Collective (TOC)
The Outreach Collective (TOC) is South Asia's leading professional development association for education professionals, registered as a Section 8 not-for-profit organization.
We are dismantling outdated hierarchies in the education sector by creating an inclusive ecosystem where independent counselors, school leaders, university outreach professionals, and education entrepreneurs can connect, learn, and drive meaningful change.
Our Community
In just three years, TOC has grown to over 350 full-time members representing more than 275 institutions across India and globally—demonstrating the urgent need for inclusive professional development in education.
Our Mission
TOC addresses systemic gaps that have long excluded non-teaching professionals from industry conversations and strategic networks. We operate on a principle of radical inclusivity—ensuring that expertise, not titles or institutional affiliations, drives impact.
What We Do
Through industry dialogue, strategic educational partnerships, scholarship programs (TOC Prabhaav), research projects and structured learning opportunities and global learning experiences, we provide structured professional development and meaningful connections that create real business impact and career growth.
