About The Preserve Senior Living
The newest state-of-the-art skilled nursing and assisted living community in Fort Myers, Florida. The Preserve addresses Lee County’s growing need for skilled nursing, transitional care and assisted living in Southwest Florida.
The Preserve features 75 private skilled nursing rooms and 38 assisted living apartments within a three-story, 118,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art building.
Resident units are divided into four “neighborhoods,” each offering its own social, dining, and staff support areas. A dedicated memory support section will cater specifically to residents needing a secure living setting in addition to round-the-clock care and supervision.
The Preserve is the first building to break ground at Hope Preserve, a health care campus planned to include multiple facilities and organizations dedicated to caring for seniors and for people who are chronically ill.
The Preserve is owned by Volunteers of America, a well-known leader in senior living with more than 30 senior living and care communities throughout the United States.
