About The Primary and Urgent Care Alliance
The Primary & Urgent Care Alliance leads local health economies in exceptional community care and delivers efficient, high quality patient focused clinical assessments whilst improving outcomes for our clinical partners.
Our programmes of health care aim to increase patient access to unscheduled care, screening, health checks and vaccinations. We work with GPs and Primary Care Networks to ensure they deliver the full complement of care under Direct Enhanced Services.
We are CQC registered and have a wealth of experience in offering enhanced services as set out in national GP contracts.
We have worked with local commissioners to support local enhanced services, depending on local needs including extended hours, diagnostics, ECG and cardiac monitoring, post discharge care, phlebotomy, public health (immunisations), bank holiday provision and minor surgery.
