In conjunction with our subsidiary, The Bar Plan Surety and Fidelity Company, The Bar Plan writes Court Bonds in all 50 states. The Bar Plan Mutual Insurance Company is a mutual insurance company, owned by our policyholders. Our mission is to provide broad coverage at the lowest possible price consistent with the long-term financial stability of the company. Unlike most commercial carriers that have entered and exited this market as changes in corporate goals and policies dictate, we have remained a constant, serving Missouri lawyers continuously since 1986. We are focused solely on the legal community providing CLE seminars, a risk management hotline, practice management services and actively participate in and support our local bar associations.
