Founded in 2019 and headquartered in Berlin, we are currently developing co-living spaces in Berlin & Munich, featuring 320 & 156 apartments respectively, a variety of shared community spaces, and our own F&B area. But this is just the beginning - thanks to our real estate partners, we have multiple projects in the pipeline in other major German cities. Our aim is to become the leading global co-living provider, with our community always at the heart of what we do.
