We provide life-changing services for children and adults with autism so that every individual can achieve their full potential.
With 500+ employees serving more than 1350 individuals and a $26 million annual budget, Summit is one of the largest human service organizations in Western New York. We recruit staff members who are committed to making a difference in the lives of the people we serve.
Our highly-professional, academic/clinical environment promotes a culture of care based on measurable progress for every individual. We support research and are committed to evidence-based practice, treatment fidelity and accountability. Strategic planning drives our growth and business direction.
Our programs and services include Summit Academy, a year-round school program for children and young adults ages 3-21 with autism and other developmental/behavioral challenges disabilities; Intensive ABA Services provided in homes and community settings; Family Support Services including respite and parent training; Adult services including day habilitation without walls, vocational programs, and job coaching; Clinical Services including developmental and service eligibility evaluations, counseling for individuals with autism and social/behavioral/mental health concerns; an intensive Pediatric Feeding Clinic; professional consultation services to school districts; and five-week summer programs for individuals with ADHD and high functioning autism.
