EXPOSURE
- TEPS Courses: Teachers ensure their continuous professional development with NEP-aligned TEPS courses on content, pedagogy and classroom management.
- TEPS Weekly: Teachers access the latest in education research and developments in the form of accessible summaries and stories.
- TEPS Present Teacher: Teachers participate in in-depth discussions on pedagogy, classroom management, how learning happens, how forgetting happens and so on, through live monthly webinars.
- TEPS Digital Planning Resources: Teachers use our online pedagogical tool to help create contextualised lesson plans using pedagogy-specific teaching strategies, linked to clear learning outcomes.
PRACTICE
Teachers apply their learnings to plan and teach.
OBSERVATION
- TEPS Classroom Observation Tool: The school receives a simple-to-use, visual classroom observation tool with questions related to lesson facilitation, pedagogy, classroom management and subject knowledge.
FEEDBACK
- TEPS School Management Report: The data from TEPS usage and classroom observations is compiled into a monthly report, which is shared with the school, along with our insights and recommendations for teacher development.
