Think Hospitality is a rapidly expanding real estate development and hospitality company owned by three lifelong friends–Hunter Gellin, Mark Shemel, and Shawn Vardi.

More than just a lifelong friendship, Think Hospitality is about creating a community within the heart of the arts district for locals and tourists alike by providing multiple f&b outlets and beautiful rooms only 1 block from the beach.
