Overview

About Tidmarsh Blinds

For more than 180 years, Tidmarsh has been crafting bespoke blinds and curtains, creating stunning solutions for every home – whether a modern apartment or a traditional farmhouse. In those years, our range and expertise has naturally expanded to include technological innovation and superb engineering. What we do may have evolved, but the amount of pride we take in our work, and the high standard of the finished product we so lovingly make, certainly hasn’t changed. Our skilled team manufactures curtains and soft furnishings, shutters and blinds in our own workshop for residential properties, offices, listed buildings, schools and other premises – covering both internal and external use. Unlike in years gone by, many of our blinds can be operated with remote controls for the ultimate convenience, which is perfect for conservatories and skylights that are difficult to reach. We also install Lutron-brand blinds, shades and lighting control products, which can integrate with automation systems; not to mention Velux blinds and Silent Gliss curtain track systems. In every case, we carry out a full site survey and discuss requirements with you, showing you samples of the materials used and detailing the overall process. We also work with architects and interior designers, where needed. As ours is a bespoke service, our skilled craftspeople can make more unusual items, so do get in touch if you think yours is a slightly different request.
