Founded in 2016 by Thea Zaitsev, Tier Music has now emerged its roster and business to become the go-to sync agent for Estonian music both locally and internationally. We’re a small collective of like-minded music enthusiasts, providing music services for artists, producers and writers as well as businesses looking for consultancy and project management.
