About TiHC
For over 20 years TiHC has provided award-winning Training, Supervision and Assessment solutions to various providers across multiple sectors such as; education, hospitality and leisure, with a specialisation in the Health and Social Care Sector.
Our work in the Health and Social Care sector has included Independent Sector Care Homes, Supported Living, Learning Disabilities, Mental Healthcare, Care of the Elderly, Physical Disabilities and Domiciliary Care - including Continuing Care - and Personal Health Budget Holders.
In addition to our sector-specific qualifications and care-related programmes, we deliver a wide range of workplace training designed to support safe, effective, and compliant operations. This includes First Aid, Food Safety, Safeguarding of Staff and Customers, Safer Recruitment, and Mental Health & Wellbeing awareness. These courses help organisations build resilient, skilled teams that are confident in meeting both regulatory requirements and the needs of the people they serve.
We are also very proud to have worked collaboratively to deliver on local and national projects with partners such as: the Norfolk and Waveney ICB, the University of East Anglia, NHS England, Norfolk County Council, Norfolk and Suffolk Care Support Ltd.
