Founded in 2007 by Sean Funston, we’ve grown from a family legacy into a purpose-driven tile installation company.
Our goal is simple: do great work with great people.
We are a subcontractor that specializes in high-end commercial tile installations across the Bay Area, bringing technical expertise, creativity, and care to every project.
What truly sets us apart is how we work: practicing Paul Akers’ 2-Second Lean, gathering daily to share ideas, eliminating waste, and continuously improving.
We are passionate about mentorship and training. Through our Apprenticeship Program, experienced setters pass on their craft, and apprentices bring fresh energy and ideas. Together, we’re building the next generation of tile setters and a culture rooted in humility, precision, and teamwork.
