About TSD Tooling & Precision
Based on over 40 years of experience, TSD specializes in end-to-end in-house development and building of complete cutting and stamping tools for semicon back-end and other trim, form, singulation applications. We do not only build tools but also assist you during the development and (detailed) engineering phase or when you urgently need spare parts in production. Because we have combined all advanced technologies in-house, we can be fast when required.
