We have set ourselves the challenge of bringing order to the broader training and counselling market in Poland and Central and Eastern Europe. We want to operate in a world where clients will not be confronted with charlatanism, pseudo-coaches and self-proclaimed motivational trainers. We want training companies in Poland to be verifiable and trustworthy and the trainers working for them to be subject to regular supervision. We do not agree that the work of a business coach, trainer or mentor should be carried out by someone without proper education, documented competences and experience in the respective field.

We are committed to educating as many people as possible about what a professionally designed training and development process is that produces tangible results. We want HR policies in the organisations we work with to clearly define concepts around development strategies, contributing to thoughtful investment in human resources.

Our battleground, as Al Ries and Jack Trout, the creators of what we mean by brand positioning, put it, is the HR industry and then the training and consultancy industry. We are not just a training provider, but a business partner for rich development projects.

We promote a salutogenic approach (preventive, preventive, action in advance) as part of a responsible approach to business and solutions for people as the most important resource of any organisation. We focus on partnerships and long-term relationships, so we do not work as typical training providers.
