What We Do:
Strength & Movement: Our core focus is on building strength and improving movement quality. We teach you how to pick things up and set them down, how to walk and run without creating injury, and postural alignment that eliminates stress on the knees, shoulders, hips, neck, and back.
Private Training: One-on-one personalized training is for individuals who need particular corrective exercises to move from physical pain and progress to our small group personal training program.
Personal Training: Small group sessions offer personalized attention while fostering a community spirit. These sessions challenge and support you, ensuring you continue to make progress while having fun.
Nutrition Education & Support: Our Elevate Program takes habit change to a whole new level with 16 weeks of lessons that create and reinforce the 8 habits of optimal health for change that lasts a lifetime.
