Transmeri Group is the parent company of a solid and growing 98-year-old family company group.
Transmeri Group was established in 1928 by Gunnar Didrichsen and we celebrate our centennial in 2028.
The group consists of about 23 companies with over 820 employees and revenue of 302 m€ in 2024. The largest subsidiaries in the group are Transmeri, Miraculos, Banmark, Cosmia Nordic and Kaupmees Group.
