Transport for Sick Children (TfSC) is a charity based in Stockport, Greater Manchester dedicated to helping children access vital healthcare by providing transport.
Our dedicated team of volunteer drivers give their time and use their own cars to transport accompanied children safely and reliably to hospitals, clinics, and specialist services across Greater Manchester and neighbouring cities.
At Transport for Sick Children, we believe no child should miss out on care they need due to transport barriers.
Since our founding in 1977, we’ve supported thousands of families facing illness, disability, and disadvantage—reducing stress, removing isolation, and making healthcare more accessible. We work closely with healthcare professionals, local communities, and our incredible volunteers to deliver a service that is safe, compassionate, and reliable.
