Nursery, health center, cultural center, convenience stores, restaurants, coworking and comeeting spaces, offices open with 3 500sqm of terraces and loggias, a 4* Radisson Blu hotel decorated by Dion & Arles, panoramic gallery and restaurant on top floors : Triangle is open to all, at all hours and all heights.
Innovation lab, Triangle conciliates high rise and high sustainability performance. Geothermal energy, photovoltaic panels, bioclimatic facades, recycled and reused materials, massive mobility decarbonation, biggest bike park in Paris, Triangle accelerates the ecological transition of our city. The building will offer surfaces 3.3 times more energy efficient than the existing building stock, and 40% ahead 2050 anticipated consumption thresholds.
