TriStar Technical Company (TST) is Saudi Arabia’s first and leading manufacturer of Polycarboxylate Ether (PCE) — the essential raw material that powers high-performance concrete admixtures. Founded in 2019 in Dammam’s 2nd Industrial City, TriStar has rapidly become the trusted partner of major construction chemical producers including Saint-Gobain, Fosroc, and Sika (MBCC).
With an installed capacity of 30,000 MTPA liquid PCE polymers, we proudly supply majority of the Saudi admixture market, while also serving export markets.
