TSC Real Estate is a fully integrated asset and investment manager specialised in healthcare real estate but also active in the residential, office, retail, commercial and mixed-use property sectors. Our aim is to identify value enhancement potential and to develop and implement value-enhancing investment strategies in order to create investment opportunities and attractive risk-adjusted returns for our clients: institutional investors, family offices, semi-institutional investors and private investors. We are primarily active in the German market, but also advise on projects in other European countries via our affiliated companies, in particular Italy and Spain.
