Founded in 1977, TSSI is one of the UK’s oldest and most trusted recruitment companies, originally built on the foundations of the telecommunications sector. Since then, we’ve evolved into a global recruitment and workforce solutions provider, with a footprint that now spans the UK, USA, China and South Africa.
In 2012, Nipam Patel acquired TSSI when it was a single-entity business. With a clear vision, people-first mindset, and an appetite for global growth (and a few airmiles along the way), Nip built what is now a multi-division, international recruitment group. His passion is clear: he’s happiest when he's on the ground with contractors, connecting personally with the people who power our industry.
