About Turtle Valve Factory
We specialize in the production of valves in Portugal / The European Union, with the capability to supply customers worldwide.
Our expertise includes one- and two-component valves made from Liquid Silicone Rubber (LSR) and thermoplastics. We offer both off-the-shelf and customized valve solutions. We have in-house the capability to do customized automated slit cuts, according to the medical device requirements for good performance.
All production is carried out in ISO Class 7 cleanroom facilities using automated production cells. We also have in-house mould manufacturing. Our quality system is certified according to ISO 13485 and ISO 9001.
Our main strengths lie in our fully integrated in-house processes, a highly experienced engineering team focused on product research and development, and a strong customer-oriented support service.
