We believe that doing only remote audits allows us to provide an exceptional level of service on these types of audits. In our experience, companies that also do physical audits tend to focus much of their time and energy on these audits and view telephone audits as something they have to do to get assigned physical audits. Our partners' remote audits are our only focus.
