About United Cerebral Palsy of Northeastern Pennsylvania

United Cerebral Palsy of Northeastern Pennsylvania (UCP of NEPA) is a private, nonprofit agency providing services to infants, children, adults, and seniors with intellectual, developmental, and physical disabilities and their families. Our primary service area is comprised of Luzerne, Lackawanna, Susquehanna, Wayne, Wyoming, Pike, Bradford, Monroe, and Sullivan Counties.

Our mission is to provide opportunities and resources to individuals with disabilities as they build and lead their lives in the community. We do this by providing advocacy, home and community supports, and education.

UCP of NEPA's services include include early intervention, Lekotek, adult day program, residential programs, home services program and Assistive Technology Resource Center (ATRC).

The agency is licensed by the Pennsylvania Departments of Welfare and Education and is a member of United Cerebral Palsy Association, United Cerebral Palsy of Pennsylvania, the Pennsylvania Association of Child Care Providers, and Pennsylvania Association of Resources: Autism-Intellectual Disabilities.
