UNC Credit and Restructuring

UNC Credit & Restructuring is a UNC organization and affiliate of the Undergraduate Finance Society. We lead educational, networking, and recruiting programming for buyside credit and restructuring advisory at UNC. Our goal is to help club members prepare for careers in financial restructuring, opportunistic credit, private credit, and a variety of other roles. We place an emphasis on corporate relationship, education, and hands-on learning. We partner with top institutions to provide information sessions, networking opportunities, and case competitions. Our club has also developed the highly-selective UNC Special Situations Group, giving students hands-on experience in analyzing and investing in distressed and event-driven opportunities across debt and equity.
