Underground Contractors Association of IL

The Underground Contractors Association of Illinois (UCA), established in 1957, is a not-for-profit trade association of contractors and suppliers in sewer, water, utility and underground industries throughout Illinois. It is active in market development, information, education, labor, and the promotion of safety.
