About UNDP SDGs Support Unit, Sindh
In collaboration with UNDP Pakistan, the Government of Sindh launched the SDGs Support Unit within the Planning & Development Board in May 2017. This initiative is part of the Mainstreaming, Accelerating, and Policy Support (MAPS) for SDGs Project, aligned with the National Initiative for SDGs. The SDGs Support Unit is committed to ensuring everyone contributes to achieving the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), encompassing 169 targets and supported by 168 provincial indicators outlined in Agenda 2030. By actively engaging various stakeholders, the unit aims to make these SDGs a tangible reality at the local level and leave no one behind in the process.
