A group of ultra HNIs and Family Offices led by the RDB group are entering into the consumer gold loan business through an RBI-registered NBFC that is already in place. RDB is a diversified group based out of Kolkata primarily into distressed assets, real estate, construction, logistics, and aviation. Our approach is to build businesses at scale led by a ‘strong professional team’ with differentiation of ‘operational efficiency’ and ‘customer delight’. We are in process of hiring the leadership team for the corporate office in Mumbai and the field sales and operations team in different states.
