Since 1999 the Scott family have been dedicated to the tourist and holiday park industry though the manufacture of relocatable buildings. Formerly known as Timberline Cabins we re-branded to Uniplan Group to better reflect our vision. From our elementary beginnings we have grown to a multinational company with more than 80 employees plus many devoted contractors. Our facilities in Armidale, NSW include over 3,000m2 of factory space placed on more that 15,000m2 of land. Our recently extended office space houses our office and design staff and includes board room, training room and a design and colour consultancy suite.

Many of our clients who have had the opportunity to visit our head office in Armidale have been awe inspired by our capabilities and facilities. We encourage and welcome you to visit at any time.
