United Group Alliance

United Group Alliance (UGA), is a Strategic Insurance Agency Alliance (SIAA) master agency operating in 44 counties in Ohio. UGA was established in 2001 by DiStefano Insurance of Canal Fulton, OH. Our mission is to partner with other independent agencies to secure top level company contracts, provide top tier commissions, and help our agents grow their revenue stream with additional bonuses, contingencies and overrides. Our collective strength provides significant profit and equity appreciation opportunities for member agencies. We also help captives ease their way into the independent world.

As of 2018, SIAA member agencies have grown to $8.1 billion in total written premium. SIAA is also, for the second year in a row, ranked #1 in the Insurance Journal’s Top 20 Agency Partnerships.
