United Felts (previously Applied Felts and FerraTex Solutions) has revolutionized the world of cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) rehabilitation. A pioneer in the development of the CIPP process, we quickly set the standard for quality in product and service. Today, we continue our unparalleled commitment to meeting the unique field application requirements of our customers so they can keep essential infrastructure flowing.
Based in Martinsville, Virginia, we manufacture all our liners in house. By owning the process from raw materials to liner delivery, we offer a level of customizability and quality control that no competitor can match. And United Felts liners are made right here in the U.S.A.
Having our own manufacturing capabilities enables us to constantly innovate, and our textile engineers have created a full portfolio of liners for a range of large diameter pipes, including UV cure and both felt and fiberglass liners—as well as specialty applications like demanding pressure pipe and potable water use. We provide both wet and dry CIPP liners, and have state-of-the-art wet-out facilities across the country to ensure timely delivery.
Plus, we're partnered with the small-diameter pros at MaxLiner and are part of Vortex Companies, which means United Felts customers can easily tap into a larger catalog of trenchless solutions for any project, including pipe and manhole lining systems; sewer robotics; mortars; epoxies and resin materials; liners and wet out services, installation equipment; contracting services, training, and field support.
