Founded in 1990 with the vision of raising quality standards to the highest level in every field of operation, UNMAŞ A.Ş. introduced packaged bread to Türkiye under the UNO brand and redefined industry standards, achieving a pioneering position in the bakery sector.
Today, with 3 modern factories, over 2,000 employees, and more than 55,000 sales points, it offers a wide product portfolio to consumers, ranging from toast, sandwich, and hamburger breads to lavash, sweet and savory snacks, cake bases, and professional bakery products.
As Türkiye’s first and only bread R&D Center, UNMAŞ A.Ş. places innovation at the heart of its production processes, shaping the sector from new product development to food safety, from process improvement to efficiency projects. In line with its sustainability strategy, it works to increase resource efficiency in production, reduce food waste, implement packaging optimization, and lower its carbon footprint.
