Uppteam is a design and production partner specializing in Architectural Offshore Production, with a structured, quality-first framework for delivering high-precision Construction Document (CD) sets at scale.

Our leadership team includes a U.S.-experienced Professional Engineer and a U.S.-experienced architect, each with over 25 years of experience in complex, deadline-driven project environments and running their own companies. Their technical depth and real-world project experience ensure that our teams understand the pressures architects face, from shifting deliverables to evolving AHJ expectations, coordination challenges, and the constant need to deliver clean, buildable drawings on time. We have lived those challenges, and we built Uppteam to solve them.

Founded in 2006, Uppteam has grown into a 250+ member team across four offices, supporting more than 4,800 projects throughout the United States. Our clients rely on us for accuracy, reliability, fast turnaround, and documentation that aligns with U.S. codes and office standards.

Our primary focus is end-to-end CD set production, operating as an integrated extension of each client’s design team. We take ownership of detailed documentation, technical drafting, sheet production, and coordination so architects can concentrate on design intent and client-facing responsibilities.

We also provide comprehensive AEC design support services, including architectural design assistance, MEP engineering design support, structural drafting, BIM modeling, and independent quality review.
