Upward Path Institute is a Silicon Valley-based virtual academy that prepares students across the U.S. for college admissions and future careers by developing the human strengths that matter most: self-awareness, career clarity, empathy, curiosity, and purpose.
Founded by immigrant parents who personally experienced the challenges of navigating the U.S. education system, our programs are especially impactful for families where parents were educated outside the U.S. We guide both students and their parents through key decisions—from academic planning and extracurriculars to college essays, applications, and career strategy.
What makes us different is our belief that academic excellence is no longer enough. In an age shaped by automation and AI, students need to lead with what makes them human.
Our programs are delivered by a team of over 100 experienced experts, including former college admissions officers, educators, essay coaches, and career mentors. Together, we’ve supported over 2,500 students nationwide, and our programs are backed by a consistent 4.8/5 satisfaction rating.
