Urban Land Conservancy

Urban Land Conservancy is a Denver-based nonprofit real estate organization that delivers affordable housing for the long term, as well as affordable commercial spaces for community-based nonprofits. In partnership with community groups and longtime residents, ULC preserves, develops, manages and invests in affordable real estate for good — including through its community land trust.
