About I-System Institute at Utah State University
At the I-System Institute, we explore how the mind and body work together to support healing, clarity, and growth. Founded at Utah State University, the Institute offers education, training, certification, and research in the I-System Model of Human Behavior, the foundation for Mind-Body Bridging® and Productive Mind®.
Our mission is to help individuals and professionals understand how the mind and body interact, reduce stress, and reconnect with their natural capacity for resilience. Through workshops, clinical services, and continuing education, we equip people with evidence-based tools to enhance well-being, focus, and performance.
The I-System Model was developed by Dr. Stanley Block and Carolyn Bryant Block, whose vision continues to guide our mission of helping people live with clarity and balance.
