Vantaan Valo

Through Vantaan Valo Lp, two Finnish pension insurance companies Varma and Elo owns the shopping and entertainment centre Jumbo Flamingo premises. Kesko Corporation and HOK-Elanto owns their own hypermarket premises. In terms of sales, Jumbo-Flamingo, the shopping and entertainment center in Vantaa, is the largest shopping centre in Finland. Jumbo-Flamingo has a total leasable area of over 140,000 square metres. The shopping centre has 170 stores, restaurants and cafés, entertainment services, two hypermarkets and 5,500 parking spaces. Additionally, Jumbo-Flamingo includes the largest hotel in Finland in terms of number of rooms. In 2020, the shopping centre's sales were EUR 410 million, and there were 10 million visitors.
