Vantage Healthcare Network, Inc.®

Established in 1984, Vantage is a partnership among non-profit community hospitals and a medical school. Its mission is to develop partnership services that are formally structured with the commitment to share risk and revenue. Developed partnerships meet the needs of the initiating organization to form a for-profit company to offer the service to the general marketplace. The Vantage goal is to create savings and increase shareholder value. In July 2002, Vantage combined several of its companies into the Vantage Holding Company, LLC.
