VARMA & VARMA, the firm of practising Chartered Accountants was founded on 17th June 1935 with its first office at Kochi (Cochin) in South India. The firm bears surnames of its two founders, Sri Kerala Varma Kochunniappan Thampuran and Sri Kerala Varma Kunhappan Thampuran, who were members of the erstwhile Royal family of Cochin. The firm today has 33 partners across its 9 offices. Sri. Pankaj C. Govind, FCA is the Managing Partner of the firm. The Central Office is located at Kochi in Kerala. The offices are in eight centers spread over the States of Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Telangana and Maharashtra in India.
