The company’s process begins with a detailed estimate and color consultation to accommodate the needs and concerns of each client. After customers choose their colors, they receive a digital rendering that shows what their community will look like once painted. Mr. Thoms says his customer service team and production managers guide clients through every step of a job, from scheduling to pressure washing to painting.
