We launched the first AI upskilling program for climate professionals.
Not videos or completion certificates. Participants build working climate apps — LCA analyzers, supplier scorecards, carbon calculators — on kith, the platform we built ourselves.
Why AI + climate? Because sustainability teams are stuck doing compliance work that nobody sees. AI changes that. When someone on the team leads AI adoption, the function stops checking boxes and starts solving problems. That's how you get noticed, whether you're trying to break in or move up.
We've AI-trained 100+ professionals through our cohorts. They've shipped 500+ apps. They come from Google, Deloitte, BCG, Goldman Sachs — and from career pivots with no sustainability background.
We also study where green skills are headed. AI is rewriting what it means to work in climate. We're publishing on that.
